How do I use ProRollers.net services for bats I already have?
Once you checkout you will receive 2 emails from us, one is the order confirmation and the other is a welcome letter. All you need to do at this point is box up your bat(s) and ship them to:
ProRollers
4715 Plank Rd
Norwalk, Ohio 44857.
You can use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or the US Postal Service. Once we receive your bats we will perform the services requested and send them back USPS priority unless the express return service is purchased. You will have your bat(s) back in your hands within 7 days from the day you ship them to us.
Can I pay by check/cash/money order?
Yes, you can. Simply make the order out to ProRollers and put it inside the box with your bat(s). When paying by these methods, be sure to include a return address inside the box so we know where to send them when we are done with the work requested.
Order Processing
All bats sent to us and ordered from us have a 24-48 hour turn around time as this is custom work we are doing. If you want your bats done right time is required. We can and have turned bats around the same day but that is not always possible so we try to give realistic expectations. If you are in need of a bat sent overnight please contact us immediately and we do answer emails after hours.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We also accept Paypal payments on-line and checks/money orders if you are sending us your bats. If you are sending us your bats, you are responsible for shipping us your bats any way you want and we pay for the return shipping. We do ship internationally, Canadian buyers can select the "Canadian" shipping option at checkout, all other countries please email for a shipping quote.
Why should I choose ProRollers.net LLC bat rolling?
The Panther Xtreme is a parallel/perpendicular rolling machine that does 2 sections of the bat at once as well as the entire barrel in one pass. We pass each section of the bat through the machine 25 times meaning the entire bat gets completely rolled on 4 different compression settings. We use a Haas CNC digital lathe for all bat shavings, no hand drills here. A computer controlled lathe is used to ensure precise work on each bat.
Do you do bat rolling/juicing on metal bats?
We recently ran into someone who showed us a study of double-walled aluminum bats being rolled. A Ph.D. at Kettering University in Flint, MI showed that after hitting a softball with an aluminum double walled bat 500 times, the increase in batted ball speed went up from 95.2 mph to 98.5 mph. So the answer is yes, we will roll/shave your aluminum bats or alloy bats.
Will my bat(s) be less durable after bat rolling?
Rolling takes 200-300 hits of life off your bat, but it will be "hotter" than a normally broken in bat because the bat will be broken in consistently around the barrel. Normal break in (hitting 500-700 balls) will leave dead spots in the bat.
Will your bat rolling machines roll big barrel baseball bats (2 5/8" and 2 3/4")?
Yes, most definitely they will!
